Jesse (Ashton Kutcher) and Chester (Seann William Scott) wake up one morning, apparently after a wild party the previous night. They have no idea what they did the previous night, but they find a year's supply of pudding in their fridge, and their girlfriends, the twins Wilma and Wanda (Jennifer Garner and Marla Sokoloff) are mad at them for making a mess at their house, and for not remembering their anniversary. The two dudes though, have remembered the anniversary, and they've even bought gifts for their girlfriends. So they decide to go to their girlfriends' house, apologise for thrashing the place, and give them the gifts. The gifts are in Jesse's car, but when they go outside their house, they find that Jesse's car is missing.
The rest of the movie is about how the two try to find Jesse's car, and find out what exactly went on the previous night. Now as they retrace their steps, they discover that they were in possession of a huge sum of money, and that a stripper who's actually a man, wants it. A group of "extremely hot chicks" are after something called a "continuum transfunctioner", which they think Jesse and Chester have with them. Two other groups of aliens also want the mystical device. With all these things going on, Jesse and Chester somehow get involved in a plot that involves the fate of the universe itself! There are situations involving ostriches, a dog that smokes marijuana, a chinese food outlet, and the words "And then?"!
This is a crazy movie that finds delight in throwing it's characters in the weirdest of situations! I thought this movie was funny, and did what it set out do do very well. The "Dude, Where's My Car?" thing was a sort of a mystery that kept me interested in the movie throughout it's short running time. Another thing I appreciated about this movie that it was very good-natured - though you might think it's more "adult-oriented" it doesn't have that much objectionable content in it. Certain "movie critic"-type reviews hated this movie outright, others said it was good. Personally, I liked it a lot!
And then?
At the very end of the closing credits, you hear the words "And then?".
Running Time: 84 minutes | Country: US | Genre: Comedy
Dark Fate 2 is a singleplayer level for Doom II, replacing MAP01. It's a small-sized hellish level — and there's a walkthrough video as well.
