In the last post I mentioned that there was going to be some Doom news coming your way... well, it's here now!

Reanimated is a two-level WAD for Doom II that is going to be released shortly.  What makes this level set unique?  Simply the fact that I am collaborating with my brother Varun on this!  I am making MAP01 and he is making MAP02.

We'll be done with the levels pretty soon (both are around 80% complete) and you will get to play them in a few days time.  For now, I have put up a page for Reanimated over here.

Varun and me are both Linkin Park fans, so that's why we called our levelset Reanimated (after the Linkin Park album "Reanimation").

In other news I finished my project at TCS and submitted the report yesterday.  I actually made a CD with the report and all other materials prepared as part of the project!  More on that later.

Well, here I am again.  It's now mid-May, and my project at TCS Hyderabad will be closed soon.  In fact, I am writing this update at TCS, and I've just posted a long update, the one with all the news from March 2004.  I finished writing that some minutes ago at TCS as well.  I still have April 2004's news to write, and the stuff that happened so far in May... and I'll get to that as soon as possible.

I've really been enjoying it here at home... when I am not at TCS, I've been watching movies, I've done a couple of drawings, I've been reading some art tutorials on the net, been downloading stuff, etc.  Doom work has definitely happened, and some major news about that should be coming your way soon.  In the mean time, check out the Wikipedia page about Doom, which explains what Doom is, much better than I could have.

Leaving aside the Doom news (which I'd like to keep you in suspense about, for now), I plan to make some updates on this site in general - cleaning up pages, adding drawings, stuff like that - soon.  Hopefully, once project work is completed I will have free time to do that.  This project at TCS will be completed by the end of this month, and after that I will be doing a two week NGO project.  I'll have to be back at TAPMI on June 28th, so there's some free time in between.

Oh and by the way, tomorrow is my birthday (I will be 22)!
